Handicapper offers deals after he goes on hot streak. He then went on a 6 month losing streak. He costs me thousands of dollars on top of his subscription fee. This handicapper won't give you consistent returns. Pass on him and move to next handicapper. I am going to ask for a prorated refund minus what cappertek makes. Let's see if he obliges. I'll report if he allows for a refund or not after this.
