Bankroll managment is very important. You can pick 60% winners and still lose $ with bad money managment. Very rarely should you ever risk more than 2% of your bankroll. A good starting BR is $10,000 which allows you to bet a maximum of $200 per game.
Do yourself a favor and choose a handicapper with long track record and a solid ROI. Showing a big "Units gained" number in a 30 day sample doesn't prove anything. Every Capper has swings but the good ones will come out on top through careful, consistant choices and good money managment. Be leery of cappers that brag about their win percentage.
