NFL has reached the midpoint of the season and several notable trends developed during the first half of the season. Let’s discussed two of these trends:

Home teams are 73 – 44 – 2   Straight –Up (62.4%) and 59 – 56 -4 ATS. Home favorites are 58 – 22 Straight –Up (72.5%) and 38 – 39 – 3 (49.44%) ATS.  Home underdogs are 12 – 22 – 2 Straight - Up (35.3%) and 18 – 17 – 1 ATS (51.44%).  Games involving Home Underdogs getting more than 3 points are 6 – 11 Over/Under (65%), presenting a good second half angle: Bet the Over when the Home team is an underdog of more than 3 points. Games involving home favorites with a total less than 43 are 3 – 11 Over/Under on the season (79.6%).  Bringing us our second betting tip bet the Under when the Home team is favorite and the total is 43 or less.
