On the 21st July we posted up our prediction on Diaz vs. McGregor II.

This is weeks before the weigh-ins, before the stare down, before most of the media events and the open workouts. So why so early?

The short answer is that (we believe) the bookmakers odds don't reflect the reality of the fight. This is very rarely the case.

Last time Nate won after being called in as a late replacement a little more than a week before the fight. He came into the fight without the benefit of anything near a full training camp and he still emphatically won.

This time, with both fighters fully prepared we don't see the outcome being much different. So, if you bet on this fight now and get Nate, the should be favourite, at underdog prices.
