The sports chat place website and app is well-run with a pretty clean interface and navigation. Between the daily videos and free picks, there is a lot of content and they are consistent with updates. I would recommend the app and the site for someone who casually looks for info and opinions in a variety of places.
However, if you are using the app, and watching the videos on the site you will see that there is also a paid service that they offer picks through. THIS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This is not for someone who is serious about betting and looking to make money. You will hear the owner Mitch talk about offering the best value in sports handicapping, but really there is very little value.
I tried the premium area for a while and this is what I found. He posts a ton of picks in the premium and premium plus area so the price per pick is next to nothing. But who cares if they are not consistently winning? Some people just really like the action, but everybody wants to win. I signed up during March which leading up to it he marketed as his best month and "nobody has a better record than me in March". Before you know it, I was down 14 units. What's worse is that after laying an egg, he would post his daily videos and say that it was a winning day. If he went 1-6 in premium and 2-0 in premium plus, he would conveniently say that he was on fire in premium plus. If he went 0-2 in plus and 2-3 in premium he would say that it was a winning "grind it out" day. But any way you slice it, his members were losing money and he was slapping us in the face by not admitting it.
His record was slightly better for premium plus, but that service is a lot more expensive and still doesn't win you money. Any capper will have their streaks. I'm not one to hop on a capper during a bad stretch and then kill them for it. I've followed his picks for over 7 months now. In that time he is up only 8 units, and he will hang his hat on being up. Yes, being up is better than being down, but the whole point of paying for a service is to win money. 8 units would even cover the membership costs over that period of time.
The free content on the app and the site is great, but think twice before you shell out your hard earned money on anything or use the free info to invest.

Yes every capper does run hot and cold and I have had my share of both, at least I always man up and say my name and say exactly what I have done. My record is stated at my other site, so there really isn't any argumet or misleading of any kind, What the previous reviewer conveniently leaves out , is that in my premium area I give out picks for all of the TV games and big games whether I love them or not, my premium players want my picks on these games so I give them to them and I rate them. When you see my record, it is FOR ALL OF MY PICKS, not just the ones I love or get to cherry pick like almost every capper out there. I don't have a record for just my top picks or anything f that nature, my record is my record and while most cappers charge between 25 and 75 dollars a pick, a month of my premium is less than 50 bucks. I know you can't make everyone happy and normally I would just ignore people without the sack to put their name on a review, I honestl dont' know why any site would even allow that from someone whose identity isn't verified. One thing I know for certain, you can't make everyone happy and we have over a million readers a month at Sports Chat Place and thousands of realistic Premium Members..one of course once in a while a whining little bitch like the coward who wrote the anonymous review.
