Cunningham has since entered medical protocols and has been ruled out for this one.
Jerami Grant (thumb) remains out, while guard Frank Jackson (ankle) and Killian Hayes (illness) are questionable. It could be an extremely young lineup for Detroit on the floor for much of this matchup with Isaiah Stewart, Saddiq Bey and Saben Lee all expected to see extended minutes.
